Union Tempe

Wilson Electric was selected by Sundt Construction to provide design-assist electrical services for the new Union Tempe apartment towers located steps away from the beautiful ASU campus. The project covers a city block and features two high-rise apartment towers connected to 31,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space at ground level along University and 7th Street. Featuring a cascading design, the towers are 20 and 12 stories high with 407 apartments consisting of studio, one- and two-bedroom units, as well as some four and five-bedroom units with dens. With 7th Street frontage, the second tower has 22 walk-up city homes and flats wrapping the first four stories of the tower.

The towers share a vibrant fifth-floor outdoor amenity deck with a resort-style swimming pool, barbecue grilling area, fire pits, and outdoor lounges with cabanas. There is also be a fitness center and a dog walk. Avid bicyclers will appreciate a bike workroom and storage for 450 bikes. Dedicated parking is available for residents, as well as a public parking garage that will accommodate more than 350 vehicles.

Scottsdale Waterfront
Across the street from Scottsdale Fashion Square, this 1.1 million square foot development contains an underground multi-level parking structure, street-level retail and upper-level office space totaling 200,000 square feet. Two thirteen-story residential towers were completed in the second phase of construction. Our Design-Assist services included electrical installation and distribution and Design-Build fire alarm.
Safari Drive
Safari Drive is a luxury condominium complex in Scottsdale, Arizona where the Safari Resort used to reside on the waterfront of the Arizona Canal. Nine low-rise buildings range between four and six stories and total 338,000 SF. There are 215 units which vary between 800 and 2,400 SF. Our Design-Build services included electrical design and installation, site lighting and low voltage systems integration for telecommunications, security and private access. High end custom fixtures were installed throughout, and Wilson Electric advised on energy-efficient methods to deliver cost-savings to the future tenants.
44 Monroe
The thirty-four story 44 Monroe is the tallest residential tower in Phoenix, stretching 398 feet into the sky. It is 523,619 total square feet and houses 196 residences, ranging from 780 square feet to 4,800 square feet. Wilson Electric was part of the Design-Build team.
Summit at Copper Square
Summit at Copper Square is a 405,000 square foot, 23-story luxury condominium development in downtown Phoenix with 165 upscale units and a four-story above-grade parking garage for residents.
The Residences at 2211 Camelback
This luxury twelve-story condominium high-rise tower on Camelback Rd is 134 feet high with approximately 263,515 square feet of living space divided into ninety exquisite residences. Four stories of below-grade parking totals 108,930 square feet. Wilson Electric provided Design-Assist electrical services on this project.
Splendido at Rancho Vistoso
This 360,000 square-foot continuing care retirement community includes 245 luxurious independent living homes and three levels of assisted living in a resort-style setting. Wilson Electric was responsible for electrical installation and distribution in the new development and fire alarm installation.
Sagewood at Desert Ridge
Sagewood at Desert Ridge is a luxury senior housing community in Northeast Phoenix, Arizona. The 85 acre project was divided into two phases. Phase 1 built 300 custom home sites and a three-story health care center with assisted living and memory care. Phase 2 constructed an auditorium, practice golf course and 450 additional homes. Wilson Electric provided electrical installation and distribution for both campuses using Building Information Modeling to provide mechanical, plumbing and electrical coordination. Multiple emergency power and critical power systems were installed. NETSIAN Technologies Group provided nurse call systems.
