With over 40 years of experience in the electrical field, Wes has spent most of his career at Wilson Electric, managing multiple divisions before taking over the leadership role in 2003. He currently serves as CEO and Chairman of the Wilson Electric Board of Directors. As chairman, he is the main liaison between the board of directors and the corporate operations.

Wes actively participates in a wide variety of civic and charitable endeavors. He currently serves on the Arizona Builders Alliance Legislative Committee with the goal of making an impact on legislative decisions that impact the commercial construction industry. He maintains legislative outreach programs meeting with congressional members to advocate on legislation for Arizona construction and to educate key legislators about issues affecting the construction industry as well as introduce legislation as needed to protect and improve the construction industry.

Wes is also a Life Director and Past President of the Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA) and serves as one of Arizona’s representatives on the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Board of Directors.

Todd started in the electrical construction industry in 1992 as a delivery driver and has worked for Wilson Electric for 29 years. He is responsible for managing all of Wilson Electric’s corporate departments and operations across all business divisions.

He has a proven executive management track record and years of experience building one of the highest performing teams in the electrical contracting industry. He directs the company’s strategic efforts, analyzing markets, regions, and services, and has led Wilson Electric’s acquisition team through several transactions, which have grown the company’s geographical and market segment expansion. Todd has crafted a corporate vision that, coupled with his leadership strategy, has accelerated the growth of the company to a prominent status among electrical contractors in the Southwest.

Todd’s experience and passion for ethical business management and corporate employee-ownership is evident as he serves on multiple Boards of Directors and frequently presents on the subjects at educational events for industry and to college classes.

Todd graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering Technology. He holds a commercial pilot license, which he uses to fly World War II aircraft with the Commemorative Air Force. Todd has also served as a volunteer wildland firefighter and a volunteer disaster response member with Team Rubicon.

Brittany Smith is an accomplished finance professional with over 14 years of experience in financial management and accounting, including nine years dedicated to the construction industry. She began her career in public accounting at PwC, one of the Big Four firms, where she spent five years specializing in audit.

Brittany later served as Assistant Controller for Schuff Steel, one of the largest structural steel fabrication and erection companies in the United States. In 2020, she joined Wilson Electric as Finance Manager and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2022, where she continues to drive financial strategy and operational excellence.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Dakota and is a licensed CPA in North Dakota, California, and Arizona. Brittany is actively involved in the industry, serving on the Board of Directors for the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) Valley of the Sun Chapter. In recognition of her leadership and contributions, she was named one of CFMA’s Rising Stars in 2023.
