Wes McClure is President and Owner of Wilson Electric Services Corp. which is the largest electrical contracting firm in the state with 400+ employees. He has been with the company since 1991, starting as a Project Manager charged with building a division in Sierra Vista.

Wes graduated in 1979 from a four year apprenticeship program through the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in his hometown of Carlsbad, New Mexico. As an apprentice, he worked alongside journeymen electricians and learned the trade. He also spent two years at the New Mexico State University studying electrical engineering.

Wes' ability to lead his company has been enhanced by his experiences with organizations in the Valley. Wes is on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Builders Alliance and has been a member for over a decade. He personally commits his company's time and money to playing a major role in ABA sponsored events. Wilson Electric is also the largest supporter of the ABA's apprenticeship program. "I believe in supporting the people that want to learn and better themselves and I feel ABA is one of the ways to do just that."
