Wes McClure | CEO

With over 40 years of experience in the electrical field, Wes has spent most of his career at Wilson Electric, managing multiple divisions before taking over the leardership role in 2003. His leadership has pioneered innovative industry practices in project management and productivity. 

As CEO, Wes has crafted a corporate vision that, coupled with his leadership strategy, has accelerated the growth of the company to prominent status among electrical contractors in the Southwest.

Wes actively participates in a wide variety of civic and charitable endeavors. He currently serves on the Board for Support Sky Harbor Coalition, formed in 2002, a non-profit 501(c)(4) organization. The Coalition strives to educate the public about the economic benefits and quality of life advantages Sky Harbor brings to the people of Arizona and is dedicated to supporting the continued development of the airport and the enhancement of its existing operations.

Todd Klimas | President

Todd started in the electrical construction industry in 1992. As President of Wilson Electric he  is responsible for the company's strategic efforts, analyzing markets, regions and services. 

He is an influential leader with intrinsic talent for conceptualizing and communicating vision. Todd has a proven executive management track record and years of experience driving sales growth in the electrical contracting industry. In addition, he teaches classes annually to operations staff on contracts, documentation, project scope management and construction accounting.

Todd graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering Technology. He holds a professional pilot license, flight instructor certificate and serves as a volunteer Wildland Firefighter.
