We are excited to share the opportunity for a Project Accountant to join our team and look forward to reviewing your resume.

As a Project Accountant you’ll provide necessary financial support to ensure the successful execution and completion of our projects working directly with the Project Managers and Corporate Accounting.
Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain all new master and divisional job numbers for Department Job Set-ups including checking back-up for completeness and accuracy for proper signoff.
  • Upon new job set-up, maintain job list with job information and status for tracking.
  • Process and maintain all change orders for master and divisional job numbers.
  • Process all monthly customer contract and T&M billing using appropriate customer pay applications and forms and meeting customer monthly deadline dates.
  • Track all monthly contract billing and job costs by job number and billing amounts to report to departmental division managers accurate over/under billing amount.
  • Assist in maintaining project files and appropriate check lists and following proper set-up and close out procedures for each project monthly/yearly.
  • Compile and maintain monthly operations projected cost reports to calculate monthly re-estimated costs at complete and earned revenue amount per project.
  • Track and monitor budget reports for monthly budget review by department.
Requirements:
Detail oriented individual and self-starter.
Able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment.
Ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, charts, proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, internet and email.
