We are excited to share the opportunity for a Electrical Service Technician to join our team and look forward to reviewing your resume.

As an Electrical Service Technician, you will contribute the team by expertly servicing, repairing and replacing a variety of electrical systems while maximizing lead opportunities.

Your experience with the following items will drive your success in this role.

  • Troubleshooting and repairing electrical components and wiring within commercial properties
  • Installing electrical components, conduit, raceways, and wiring in buildings as well as other types of job sites
  • Organizing and controlling tools and materials in vehicles and on job sites
  • Operating vehicles and other motorized equipment
  • Knowledge of current NEC guidelines
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and blueprints
  • Minimum of 6 years’ commercial electrical experience
  • Valid driver license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on-call and overtime

Physical Requirements

Work requires exposure to construction site environments having temperature extremes, dust, fumes, smoke, hazardous substances, and loud noise levels. Up to 70% of the job may include heavy physical work, heavy lifting, pushing or pulling of material that may weigh from 50 to 100 pounds. The position requires the incumbent to climb and work from ladders, scaffolds or aerial lifts, stand or walk for long periods, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, crawl and work in awkward positions or confined spaces for several hours at a time.

The position requires the unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders and the upper and lower back as well as visual acuity and depth perception. Pulmonary capacity must be sufficient to permit the use of an air-purifying respirator if required.
