Sagewood at Desert Ridge

Sagewood at Desert Ridge is a senior housing community in Northeast Phoenix, Arizona. The 85 acre project is planned to ultimately have 750 homes. In the first phase the project is to have roughly 300 homes built as well as a 3-story health care center with assisted living and memory care. Phase 2 is scheduled to have an auditorium, a practice golf course, and more homes. The senior community has many of the amenities as a five star resort making it very accommodating.
