Wilson Electric has been involved in the design build for major projects such as the 44^th street Monroe building which is the highest residential condo in Arizona. The Monroe building is a thirty four story high rise with 202 condo units in which Wilson Electric worked with engineers, owners, and contractors to budget and assess problems before we stepped on sight. Wilson Electric is set apart from the competing electrical contractors because of our ability to bring up and analyze problems before we start the project which has proven to reduce change work orders. Here at Wilson Electric we are responsible for all our design and failures though we have had no failures so far, our preconstruction and design build markets have been very successful and profitable. Wilson Electric covers costs up front as to increase customer satisfaction and encourage open communication throughout the entire process to optimize the outcome.
